Communication

A Problem:

Ineffective, misinterpreted, misunderstood communication and interaction

The Consequences:

Confusion…Desired actions not taking place…Ideas not recognized…Ineffective performance

How can we more effectively interact with others? Not, just communicate with others but interact. Interaction includes the word action. In the Maximum Positive Impact® Performance Excellence Strategy, interactions conclude with a specific action.

The Solutions:

The How to Communicate with Maximum Positive Impact® programs provides the essential training, coaching, processes, techniques, strategies, and tools that lead to crystal clear, action-educing communication and interaction.

The Purpose:

To introduce, build, or fine-tune the communication skills that lead to Maximum Positive Impact® Interaction

Designed For:

Everyone involved in the three key roles of the strategy

Trainers and Performers need to interact on a consistent basis. It is no longer good enough for a trainer and performer to first interact (meet / communicate) at the opening of a training session. Interaction must commence when a performer first commits to a training session. Without this interaction the training might be on-target for the individual, it might not. This can’t be left to chance. Focused interaction must take place well in advance of a training session. Trainers and performers need to know what to expect from each other.

Coaches and Performers need to interact on a consistent basis. Coaching, as is widely believed, is not a one way monolog. It is a rich dialog. Effective coaching is a lively exchange of observations, opinions, ideas, goals, feedback, and potential actions. Coaches and performers need to know what to expect from each other.

Trainers and Coaches need to interact on a consistent basis. Trainers and coaches need to know what the other is doing. They are both working towards the same goal of peak performer performance. They must be on the same page. Their direction and purpose must be aligned.

The Result:

Applying How to Communicate with Maximum Positive Impact® significantly increases the likelihood of crystal-clear interaction leading to its ensuing action. Effective interaction leads to accountability and consistency between all three roles. Effectively interacting with others is a vital skill that leads to lasting performance excellence.
